The US embassy in Luxembourg is onboarding young founders in Luxembourg to take part in a comprehensive entrepreneurship exchange programme.

The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program offers entrepreneurs and innovators aged 25-35 a five-week trip to the United States, where Fellows will undergo entrepreneurship training, individually-tailored placements with businesses or relevant organisations, and be invited to take part in opening and closing events. As part of the exchange, American participants will travel to Europe to work with YTILI Fellows on joint projects in their workplaces and communities.

The programme aims to promote mutual understanding, enhance entrepreneurship and leadership skills, and build lasting partnerships between business leaders from Europe and the United States.
