Supplier Sentinel has joined the Silicon Luxembourg Founders Club. Founder & CEO Dennis Rossbach tells us more about the company.

Can you pitch your startup in a few words?

Supplier Sentinel is the solution for effective Supplier Risk Management for SME companies and their suppliers.

Why did you decide to create this company?

As I already started these activities with my main company “SYBX Group” in early 2022, and I figured it would be better to separate the Technology Development part fully into a new company and have my other activities within the existing company for more clarity for clients, partners and interested parties.

What are your product(s)/service(s) and your business model?

Currently, a Web-App is available as the tool and is under development (June 23), as well as a Google Chrome Extension. In addition, it is the tailormade development of tools for SMEs, data science and more services to digitize, especially the needs of Procurement and Supply-Chain departments.

How is your offering different from your competitors and other market players?

Now, no direct competitors on the market have a solution like Supplier Sentinel. There are some in the German and US market, but more with a focus on the supply chain. Supplier Sentinel tackles risk management already, starting with the onboarding from suppliers to mitigate risks before there are deliveries on the way, for example.

Why did you decide to join the Founders Club?

As I was already a member with my first company, I decided to switch and gain more visibility with Supplier Sentinel within the ecosystem and, in general, on the market.

What’s next?

Create more awareness for Supplier Risk Management, which will soon become mandatory for many companies, even SMEs and start-ups. The Corporate Due Diligence Act from the EU will come. Also, I wish to gain a voice for companies that have no investors and don´t want to have some better within the ecosystem. Companies that started from scratch and growing slower but organically need to get attention as well.
