What strategies have you used to develop a business in a highly competitive space successfully?
I use a combination of market research and analysis, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging the use of tech to be on the edge. I’m also proactive in seeking out new opportunities.
How do you maintain customer relationships and stay up to date on industry trends?
I think it’s very important to build strong customer relationships by keeping in touch on a regular basis, and providing personalized solutions. Attend industry events, read industry publications, and network with key players in the legal but also fintech space.
How do you handle the challenges of a fast-paced and dynamic business environment?
Organization is key, also prioritizing tasks to ensure that I am able to keep up with the pace of the business, but I also stay flexible, as circumstances change.
