Fresh from a €12M raise, Luxembourg’s fundcraft partners with Paris-based Stella to bring private markets to some 500 European wealth advisors.
Private equity and infrastructure funds were long reserved for big institutions. That is changing: BlackRock expects over 70% of EMEA wealth investors to hold 5–20% of their portfolios in private markets by 2030.
Fundcraft, which recently secured €12 million in growth financing, is teaming up with Stella, a Paris-based specialist founded in April 2026. Stella brings a network of around 500 wealth advisors; fundcraft runs the regulated fund set-up and daily operations in France and Luxembourg. “Accessing it across Europe requires more than distribution,” says Sassan Golshani, co-founder of Stella. Thomas Ibanez, Country Head France at fundcraft, wants a model that “can be reused” for each new fund. The first launch is planned for January 2027.
