Orange And Silicon Luxembourg Introduce Spin-Offs To The Elevator

Back for a fourth season, Orange Luxembourg has joined us again as a valued partner, this time bringing a new twist to the video series which highlights the “elevator pitches” of Luxembourg’s most innovative startups.

Research spin-offs are the new startups. Bridging research and business, the fourth season of The Elevator introduces viewers to eight exciting spin-offs from some of Luxembourg’s most innovative research centers such as LIST, LCSB or SnT.

“In recent years, Luxembourg has invested considerably in academic and applied research, enabling innovative concepts to emerge, said Hélène Jacuszin, Marketing & Communication Coordinator at Research Luxembourg.

The hope is that these projects not only bring new employment opportunities in Luxembourg but also that “the fruits of research and innovation are transferred to society.”

With 28 episodes of The Elevator out already, Orange Luxembourg and Silicon Luxembourg are proud to continue showcasing Luxembourg’s entrepreneurial diversity. Orange’s continued support is reflective of its commitment to innovation and the development local ecosystem.

Separate to this its partnership with Silicon Luxembourg, Orange continues to push for innovation not only within the company but also through its accelerator Orange Fab, which, since 2017 has supported startups in areas such as Big Data, AI, VR, and many others.
