Since opening its Luxembourg office almost three years ago, Hunteed has quickly become a key player in recruitment.
“We’ve supported nearly 100 companies and completed over 300 recruitment processes, with prestigious clients like Luxlait, Baloise, and Luxenergie,” says Isabelle Weill, Managing Director of Luxembourg/Belgium.
Hunteed stands out for its ability to find talent beyond Luxembourg. “Thanks to our international team, we’ve identified candidates from other countries. For example, one of our consultants based in Rome found a candidate in Poland, who moved to Luxembourg for her role,” Isabelle explains. The company caters to businesses of all sizes and its freelance offerings have gained significant traction, particularly with younger generations seeking flexibility.
Looking ahead, Hunteed aims to become a leading recruitment player in Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Greater Region.

AI, a key asset in recruitment
AI is transforming recruitment, making processes more efficient. “AI allows recruiters and candidates to connect more effectively and saves time,” says Isabelle. However, she believes AI cannot replace the human touch: “Empathy and assessing a candidate’s cultural fit are irreplaceable, and no robot can capture those nuances.”
Future developments for Hunteed Talent
Hunteed plans to integrate an AI-powered salary management system, providing companies with real-time salary data based on various factors. Isabelle adds, “This innovation strengthens our mission to deliver tailored, transparent solutions for our clients.”
