Along with its new monthly subscription, the real estate tokenization leader announces the acquisition of its second building.
Participating in real estate investing is the privilege of a select few. BlocHome’s tokenization platform has been pushing back against this since its launch, aiming to democratise access to real estate investments.
Where previously, BlocHome’s minimum investment was capped at €1,000, BlocHome now enables investors to participate in real estate investments with as little as €50 per month.
“We have successfully tested the monthly subscription BlocHome Monthly Subscription over the past few months. Currently, over 15% of our community have joined with investments ranging from 50 to 1500 Euros per month,” said Maroun Altekly, founding member of BlocHome.
Technological advancements
This cost reduction was made possible with the new technological advancements of LetzToken, the startup that gave birth to BlocHome.
“Our achievement with BlocHome is highly significant because, as of now, no other platform provides an automated monthly subscription for real estate tokenization online. This means that gradually, you can access real estate properties in Luxembourg by subscribing monthly and paying from your regular bank account, without needing any technical knowledge about blockchain to perform that on our platform,”

This new initiative was specifically designed to accommodate young investors and families wanting to increase their financial security.

Furthermore, BlocHome has announced the acquisition of its second building, the Flora Residence in Howald, a decision made together with its 350-member community.
