The CCEL (Cloud Community Europe Luxembourg), one of Luxembourg’s cloud organisations, awarded Divizend on the 21st of June at PwC premises with the “Cloud Tech Innovator Of The Year” honor. This award acknowledges the most innovative and influential cloud computing solution developed in the previous year.

Divizend offers an automated solution for investors, allowing them to easily recover the overpayment of foreign withholding tax on dividends.

As an API first and Cloud first company, Divizend is using the full strength of cloud computing which revolutionized the way businesses and the financial world operate. With the increasing demand for real-time financial transactions, secure data storage, and high-performance computing, cloud technology is an essential component of Divizend thanks to its many added value features.

Increased agility and efficiency

One of the significant advantages of cloud computing is improved efficiency and agility. Cloud technology enables Divizend to scale their operations up or down quickly, depending on market demand. This agility allows them to respond quickly to market changes, clients needs and to be more competitive. One of these results, for instance, is that Divizend’s solution can be deployed in every jurisdiction and on different cloud infrastructures.

Moreover, cloud technology can help financial institutions to reduce their operating costs by eliminating the need to purchase and maintain expensive hardware and software. This enables them to focus their resources on their core business operations and invest in other strategic initiatives, many of our clients have cut their expenses at least half since no local integration or any further IT costs develop

Enhanced data security

In the financial industry, data security is paramount. Cloud technology provides financial institutions with a secure and reliable environment to store and manage sensitive data. Cloud providers invest heavily in security measures, such as encryption, firewalls, and access controls, to ensure that customer data is protected from cyber threats. At Divizend we use AES-256 encryption for all customer business data, which is the most secure standard in the industry. In addition, cloud providers are subject to regular security audits and compliance checks, which ensure that they meet industry standards for data security and privacy. This gives financial institutions peace of mind that their data is being stored and managed in a secure environment.

Improved customer experience

For the financial industry, it is becoming increasingly important to offer a smooth, customer centric experience. Cloud technology enables financial institutions to provide real-time access to their clients’ financial data, such as account balances, tax vouchers, transaction history, and investment portfolios. Our Partners are astounded at how quickly we can process the reclaim with our personal touch of bulk processing, which allows Divizend to handle thousands of claims in minutes, whereas it would have taken weeks and ingent human capital to process them in paper format.

Increased collaboration and innovation

We typically spent less than a month from the beginning to the end of an onboarding of B2B partners, as opposed to the countless months it would have taken for an in-house project. Cloud technology makes it easier for us to work with other partners such as financial institutions.

Compliance and regulation

The finance industry is subject to strict and suffocating regulatory requirements. With our Cloud solution, we can help financial institutions to comply with these regulations by providing secure and reliable storage and management of data. Many clients have very specific preferences and requirements to be fulfilled regarding their data storage, and by keeping our solution cloud-based, we can operate perfectly agile to avoid any unnecessary compliance headaches
