The French customer relationship expert aims to support companies’ digital transformation strategies by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics technologies. Justine Verheggen, country business manager shares some first insights.

Masao has more than 15 years of experience in the customer relationships segment. Why is now the right time to open an office in Luxembourg?

Firstly, the Luxembourg market offers a great market opportunity among French-speaking countries when it comes to digital transformation processes. The government is currently encouraging the digitalisation of business processes in many sectors: finance, industry, logistics, the public sector, etc.

Therefore, it is a good time for a Luxembourg company to think about embracing what is happening in similar international markets when it comes to customer experience and engagement. 

Lastly, having achieved a critical mass in France with regard to its experienced workforce, Masao feels ready to address a new French-speaking market such as Luxembourg

How do you help your clients in the digital transformation of their customer relationships?

Thanks to Microsoft’s scope of products and its experience based on several hundred fully delivered customer relationship projects, Masao is able to integrate its clients’ unique needs in an easy and evolutive way.

In what ways does using Microsoft Dynamics technologies improve a company’s customer relationships?

The Dynamics 365 platform contains key customer engagement components of paramount importance such as sales engagement, customer service, marketing automation and field service applications.

One of the major benefits is the natural integration of Dynamics with many well-known existing Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, etc. It’s a centralised system that gives companies a complete overview of all their customer’s data: activities, interactions, opportunities, customer cases and forecasts, allowing them to benefit from key performance indicators that are so critical these days.

As such, we believe it’s a key success factor to measure the development of any business.

What can you tell me about the different services you offer? Which one is the most sought after?

We made the choice to only focus on the Microsoft Business Application Platform in order to be able to offer the best knowledge and expertise to our customers when it comes to customer relationship management.

Lastly, we want to successfully continue to attract local talents to strengthen our initial and promising Luxembourg base.
