AutiHD Wants To Create A Support Ecosystem For Neurodivergent Individuals

AutiHD co-founders Ksenia Golubeva (CBDO) and Joël Schmit (CEO).

AutiHD, a startup dedicated to transforming support for mental healthcare and workplace inclusivity, is in its pre-seed stage, offering AI-driven solutions that address the needs of neurodivergent individuals.

AutiHD differentiates itself by offering a combined portfolio of several efficient products and services under one platform, a “one-stop shop” for neurodivergent individuals, human resource managers, and companies.

“Our long-term goal is to create a complete support ecosystem for people with neurodevelopmental conditions, addressing most of their essential needs, from emergency therapist support to assistance with job searches in the future.”

Joël Schmit, CEO of AutiHD.

With staggering statistics highlighting the economic burden and personal toll of untreated mental health conditions, AutiHD’s holistic approach offers a beacon of hope. Through strategic B2C and B2B initiatives, AutiHD aims to carve a path towards inclusive workplaces and empowered individuals.

Luxembourg as a starting point

In Luxembourg’s multilingual landscape and top-tier healthcare standards, AutiHD sets the stage for expansive growth across Europe and beyond. With an experienced founding team, including CEO Joël Schmit, CBDO Ksenia Golubeva, and CTO Artem Sidorenko, AutiHD is dedicated to reshaping the narrative surrounding neurodiversity and mental healthcare.

After being diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome a few years back, Joël identified a notable void in autism support solutions.

“I was looking for a way to support myself between therapy sessions, but I found that the current options either partially address issues or focus on other regions. Moreover, there is a wide range of products available for children, but very few for adults. This not only shows a big gap but also a great opportunity.”

Motivated by this realization, Joël established AutiHD to tackle the distinctive hurdles encountered by individuals with ASD and ADHD.

Measuring impact

AutiHD’s impact is measured not only by its mission but also by the staggering numbers it aims to address. With an estimated 75 million children and adults in Europe suffering from early-onset neurodevelopment conditions, the need for comprehensive support is undeniable.

”Neurodiversity has been a taboo topic, and this stigma has resulted in a significant lack of support for a lot of people. However, this situation is now improving, and we hope that AutiHD can contribute significantly to these positive changes”, said Golubeva. Aiming to capture a significant portion of this market, AutiHD’s projections outline ambitious targets, with plans to target 10% of the EU market within the first two years.

Although in its BETA phase, at the heart of AutiHD lies a beneficial 360° and 24/7 SaaS care ecosystem, meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Bridging the workplace gap

Moreover, AutiHD aims to bridge the gap between neurodiversity and the workplace, offering HR platforms for neurodivergent-friendly hiring and dedicated functions tailored to organizational needs.

”We’re working to show employers the benefits of hiring neurodivergent talent. People with neurodivergence often have unique abilities, like intense focus, that can make them incredibly dedicated and efficient at their jobs,” said Schmit. With a keen focus on ASD and ADHD, AutiHD offers a lifeline, providing essential resources and a sense of belonging in a world often fraught with misunderstanding and isolation.

The flagship features of AutiHD include an AI-powered planner and stress management tool, along with a personalized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) coach, all aimed at addressing common challenges like time management and stress among neurodivergent users.

Moreover, the company is diving into the B2B sector, with projections indicating a potential market size of €23bn. ”We’re passionate about shifting the way we talk about neurodiversity from just something we discuss at conferences to a real, ongoing effort. We want to make changes that genuinely improve the day-to-day and work lives of people who are neurodiverse,” said Golubeva.

A holistic approach

With direct competitors addressing fragmented aspects of neurodiversity support, AutiHD’s holistic approach stands out, offering stress-level monitoring, human support for emergencies, and tailored resources for adults navigating neurodivergence.

As the company advances towards its fundraising goals and product development milestones, these numbers underscore the vast potential for AutiHD to not only transform individual lives but also reshape societal perceptions surrounding neurodiversity and mental health.
