Tomorrow’s Office is at the forefront of the workspace evolution. Building upon the experiences and feedback from last year’s event, this year’s conference promises fresh insights and innovative themes. CK Charles Kieffer Group’s CEO Laure Elsen provide us with an exclusive glimpse into what to expect from this event.

Can you highlight any feedback from last year’s event and how it’s influenced this year’s conference?

Last year’s event played a role in shaping the evolution and choice of topics for the 2023 conference. Each year, after the event, we conduct a survey among participants to shape the following year’s Tomorrow’s Office event.

This edition serves as a dynamic and innovative platform, bringing together professionals, decision-makers, and industry partners to address crucial issues related to innovation, collaborative work, mobility, and digitization.

It offers a unique space where participants can explore the latest developments in essential areas such as IT, printing, data and document management, as well as storage. Additionally, the audiovisual aspect and other activities covered by our group will also be highlighted.

What are the main topics for this year’s Tomorrow’s Office event?

Tomorrow’s Office is also a venue for conferences, workshops, and demonstrations led by specialists in new ways of working and innovation on topics such as digital pollution, responsible innovation, video conferencing, open source, Apple in the enterprise, and showcasing success stories in various activities.

In the showroom, different products and solutions will be on display, and several vendors will be present. The full program can be found on the event’s website.

Also, during these two days, you will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive visit to our after-sales service or our scanning & printroom service.

“The Tomorrow’s Office event aims to make the use of complex new technologies accessible and facilitate exchanges among industry experts.”

Are there specific sessions or moments in this year’s event that you’re particularly excited about?

Not to be missed is our closing conference on the theme of competitiveness and reducing environmental footprint through Responsible Digitalization, which will be hosted by Olivier Vergeynst, Director of the Belgian Institute of Responsible Digitalization.

Digital transformation is a priority for many companies and is a crucial element of the energy transition. However, its negative impacts on the environment are often underestimated and can undermine other efforts to reduce carbon footprint. This final conference will be followed by a walking dinner to conclude our Tomorrow’s Office.

In the changing landscape of workspaces, what’s the future of offices, and how does Tomorrow’s Office play a role in shaping it?

Workspaces, in Luxembourg and worldwide, are constantly evolving, influenced by technology, flexible work, sustainability, employee well-being, and collaboration. As a major player in the market, our role is to introduce and understand these changes.

The Tomorrow’s Office event aims to make the use of complex new technologies accessible and facilitate exchanges among industry experts.

By organizing this annual event, we enable our clients to stay informed about current technologies and remain on the lookout for tomorrow’s innovations.
