How would you define your sales teams at Tango?

In one word, human! What’s great is that we all share the same perspective in our work, as I mentioned before, we provide solutions. We all have a humanistic approach in our work, being attentive, using the right words, and adapting to each person, business, and scenario.

What, in your opinion, are the advantages of choosing Tango as a Professional?

Flexibility, plain and simple! At Tango, we understand the daily needs of professionals, which is why we offer tailored solutions that meet our clients’ needs. We are also the only ones to offer on-site visits, regardless of the client. Real advantages for professionals!

So, you offer flexibility and tailor-made offers to your clients?

Exactly, just like their work itself! That’s the foundation of our profession, providing flexibility through tailor-made solutions. Flexibility comes from listening and proposing solutions that make sense according to the client’s needs. It’s worth mentioning that Tango is currently conducting a campaign to verify customer consumption to offer them more suitable subscriptions.

What is your role within Tango?

Being the head of the B2B Business Development team, my role is to lead and coordinate a team of 4 people. Together, we ensure we are available and attentive to our existing clients as well as prospects, with the aim of offering them offers and services tailored to their needs. Furthermore, I ensure that responsiveness and flexibility are the driving force behind each of the team’s sales efforts to best meet various requests.

What is the importance of your role?

Through my role, I try to establish a harmonious working environment within the team based on Tango’s values but also on my colleagues’ skills and attitudes. To achieve this, I try to listen to each of them and ensure their skill development. It is important to me that each person has the knowledge, information, and tools necessary to offer the best possible customer experience.

Where does your attraction to sales come from?

It’s simple, I’ve always been drawn to customer interaction. My job is more about providing solutions than merely selling. I could say that I provide assistance to professionals in the country. The fact that I visit them or have video meetings to share my expertise, establishing a closeness in our relationships… It’s something very rewarding and has always appealed to me.
