With more than 90 attendees joining, the Startup Apéro #47 proved once again the success of its concept in bringing the Luxembourgish entrepreneurial community together to get inspired, connect, and engage with like-minded startup founders, CEOs, business professionals, and investors.
That evening, Silicon Luxembourg had the pleasure of welcoming Mamoun Benkirane and Mekki Mouaddeb, co-founders of MarketLeap, who took the stage with Charles Louis Machuron, Founder & CEO of Silicon Luxembourg, to speak about their entrepreneurial journey. Both had previously worked at Amazon and shared the same ambition to create a company one day. They launched MarketLeap in 2022, aiming to support digital brands in scaling their business and growing their revenues faster across global e-commerce marketplaces.
Both co-founders kept the community engaged by sharing their story of what inspired them to create MarketLeap, the learnings and challenges that accompanied the transition from a corporate job to founding their own tech company, and pinpointing specific moments or decisions that stood out as pivotal to MarketLeap’s success. The talk was followed by a question round and the usual pitching session, continuing into the night with beers and pizzas.
