All Eyes On Me Launches, Maison Moderne Joins As Shareholder

All Eyes On Me, a modern take on job boards, aims to tackle the talent crisis by giving companies a new way to improve their employer branding. Mike Reiffers and Nicolas Speeckaert from skeeled join the venture as co-founders and Maison Moderne acquires a 33% stake to help accelerate the business.

Luxembourg’s methods of talent attraction are still stuck in the early days of the internet, something All Eyes On Me (AEOM) novel job board emphasizing UX, better matching tools, and more targeted communication methods hopes to change.

“To successfully meet this challenge, it is essential to strengthen the image and promote Luxembourg as a destination of choice for work,” said Mike Reiffers, CEO and co-founder of skeeled and AEOM collaborator.

Born out of a shared desire to bring and retain talent in Luxembourg, Vincent King, CEO and founder of AEOM, and skeeled co-founders Mike Reiffers, Nicolas Speeckaert, and Antonio Gomes spent the better part of the year on the development of the platform, which already showcases different companies and job offers.

Maison Moderne acquires shares

To increase employer branding, companies can present themselves through articles, photo reports, and a series of videos. “We have adopted a Freemium model,” specifies Vincent King. Page creation and job postings are free and unlimited, but integrating presentations, photos, and videos, as well as their production, is paid. 

To accelerate its development, the four founders partnered with Maison Moderne, the publisher of Paperjam and Delano, which acquired a sizeable stake in the company and will offer the service to its clients and members.

“We have acquired a 33% stake in All Eyes On Me through our Media4Equity program, which invests in companies in exchange for media space and visibility. The companies we select benefit from integration into our ecosystem, while it is enriched by their arrival,” said Mike Koedinger, CEO and founder of Maison Moderne.
