On March 28th, Luxembourg’s Arendt Services rebranded itself as Arendt Investor Services to highlight its evolution over the past 15 years. The company has expanded its offerings and integrated state-of-the-art technological solutions.

Established in 2009, Ardendt began its course in Luxembourg by offering a variety of specialist advice, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation and advisory aspects of doing business. With its new name, Arendt promises to strategically cater as a premier provider of investor services and address the company’s evolving investor-centric approach.

“Arendt Investor Services illustrates our values: placing client services at the core of our organization.”

Arendt’s current team comprises 300+ experts, delivering tailored solutions that empower investors and businesses to navigate Luxembourg’s financial landscape. To address the evolving ecosystem, the new change brings a core focus on building 6 services: one-stop-shop fund administration services, corporate services governance services, tax compliance services, operational AML & compliance services, and depositary services for illiquid assets.

Licensing and technological development

Arendt has also recently acquired a depositary license for illiquid assets to mark a pivotal moment for its investing arm. Led by Sylvaine Fossen, a team of depositary experts with over 25 years of combined experience completes the comprehensive one-stop-shop offering. This complements the third-party AIFM services provided by AManco SA, further solidifying Arendt’s position as a trusted partner in the country’s investing business.

Additionally, Arendt Investor Services has incorporated two advanced platforms, Fenergo and FIS (Investran), to bolster its AIF solutions. These technological advancements have enhanced operational frameworks within the company, enabling the provision of high-quality solutions to clients without any compromise.

“With our expanded service offerings, strengthened by our depositary license and technological investments, we are perfectly situated to drive greater value for our clients and solidify our position as a trusted partner.”

By sharpening its focus on the Luxembourg market, the evolution of Arendt Investor Services underscores its dedication to enriching investor experiences and introducing innovative solutions in Luxembourg’s dynamic financial realm.
