Established in 2009, Ardendt began its course in Luxembourg by offering a variety of specialist advice, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation and advisory aspects of doing business. Arendt has also recently acquired a depositary license for illiquid assets to mark a pivotal moment for its investing arm. Led by Sylvaine Fossen, a team of depositary experts with over 25 years of combined experience completes the comprehensive one-stop-shop offering. This complements the third-party AIFM services provided by AManco SA, further solidifying Arendt’s position as a trusted partner in the country’s investing business.
Additionally, Arendt Investor Services has incorporated two advanced platforms, Fenergo and FIS (Investran), to bolster its AIF solutions. These technological advancements have enhanced operational frameworks within the company, enabling the provision of high-quality solutions to clients without any compromise.
