CarPay-Diem recently announced to have surpassed fuel payments exceeding 10 million euros via its mobile platform. It now conducts over 1500 daily transactions.

As the number of petrol stations shrinks each year, lines and waiting times are continuously increasing. To put an end to this, CarPay-Diem lets users authorize fueling transactions via smartphones or connected vehicles. The service also allows petrol stations to display specific promotions on the drivers’ device. Compatible with most equipment in place at the service station, CarPay-Diem also authorizes the use of different payment methods. The solution is currently being deployed in different European countries.
The solution has been in production for exactly 7 months, in Belgium and Luxemburg, in the service station networks of Lukoil and DATS24. It is available to drivers in the Belfius Mobile banking application and the Colruyt Group’s XTRA application.
With more than 215,000 fuel refills made since mid-January, CarPay-Diem is the independent platform that generates the largest volume of mobile transactions at fuel stations in Europe.
