Zestylawyer founder Dr Alex Bogdanov aims to help people overcome their financial/legal issues with a free solution. The service generates a letter by using your responses to a few questions which you can send to the landlord when you want to re-negotiate rent.

What is your startup about?
It is a free offspring of my startup Zestylawyer. At Zestylawyer we believe in easing access to the legal relations between different players, like landlord and tenant, shop and a buyer, or government and a citizen. This belief is the reason why at the age of 45, I went back to University to get a degree in Law, despite having a PhD and an MBA.
How did you come up with the idea?
It is an eventuality that people will find themselves with much less income in the coming days. Some will get poorer as their legal obligations continue to drain their pockets. We need to help people to get into problem resolution mode and support them during this time.
What is your product/service?
Viral Help is a free tool. You answer a few questions and the system gives you a letter that you can simply forward to your landlord that starts the procedure to re-negotiate your rent. This website www.viralhelp.online also lists tips and advice, like managing your subscription relations.
What is your business model?
The service is totally free.
How does the Uni incubator support you?
I am hosted at the Incubator. Since I am a creator, I need someone to help me focus and the incubator does just that. It also does a great job with mentoring sessions.
What’s next?
Well I hope most people take proactive measures in order to get out of this difficult situation. Once life goes back to normal we will continue developing my new service. The key focus for Zestylawyer will be managing the landlord-tenant relations and security deposits return
