Paladium Opens Its Second Coworking Space

Eight months after the inauguration of his first coworking space in Luxembourg’s Bonnevoie district, Antoine Berghen and his team are opening a second space in the heart of the Bourmicht business park in Bertrange.

Larger (450 m2 vs. the previous 350 m2) and in the heart of a business district, this new space should attract the many companies in the business park: Autopolis, Sodexo, Orange, CTG, Bâloise, Proximus, etc. Whether for their innovation meetings, their “out of the box” sessions or their events, companies will be able to discover a “Secret Garden” – the nickname of this brand new Paladium space – and offer a “flexible” working space for their employees.

Another major service added by the Paladium’s founders is a café and a catering area. An asset that will not only build loyalty among the co-workers on the site but also allow the neighborhood’s working people to come have breakfast, lunch or coffee and experience the space.

“We didn’t expect the first coworking space to be in such high demand.”

The space offers eight closed offices that can accommodate 3 to 8 people each and nearly 40 individual spots in the coworking area. The proximity to the companies in the business park should encourage business exchanges between residents, co-workers and the curious on a daily basis. The last notable advantage is the provision of parking spaces for coworkers.

Mobility and travel being a crucial issue in the selection of new workspaces, the founders of Paladium have managed to find a place that offers mobility benefits. “We didn’t expect the first coworking space to be in such high demand. We had to set up 3 new closed offices because demand was so high. Dozens of entrepreneurs come to work in our “corners” every day. We decided to accelerate the development of our Paladium brand and to offer a new coworking space to cope with the demand,” says Antoine Berghen.

Commited to their desire to offer coworking spaces close to entrepreneurs, the founders of Paladium maintain the same pricing policy that made the first location in Bonnevoie so successful and can boast the lowest prices in the market for coworking spaces in Luxembourg.

This second space validates our ambition to develop a Paladium network in Luxembourg and to become a major player in flexible working.”

The 7 closed offices in Bonnevoie are occupied and half of the 40 workstations in the coworking space are already filled. As for its other colleagues in Luxembourg, the Paladium coworking space is also popular for the hosting events.

The organizers of TEDxLuxembourgCity have made it their HQ and all events in preparation for major conferences are organized there. More confidential but just as exciting, the members of the Entrepreneurial Business Book Club network meet once a month to share their readings in a warm atmosphere there, too !

“The work is barely finished and we are already receiving the first requests to rent offices and workstations at our space for events. This second space validates our ambition to develop a Paladium network in Luxembourg and to become a major player in flexible working.” An ambition that should result in the launch of its third space in 2020. Its location is still a secret but stay tuned to Silicon Luxembourg to find out!
