Sign-up is entirely free
Both publishing an event and signing up as a sponsor is entirely free. If an organizer manages his own sponsors, no commission will apply. If SponsorMyEvent finds a sponsor for an event, a commission of 10% charged. Sponsors use the platform entirely free of charge.

How it works
Creating an event
The feedback of thousands of event-organizers helped streamlining the publishing-process for events and making it incredibly easy. All necessary details can be added, including Youtube-videos or a Twitter-feed. Special attention is drawn to sponsorship-packages which can be composed easily with the included drag-and-drop editor.
Sending out the event
Every event that organizers publish SponsorMyEvent can be matched automatically with SponsorMyEvents’ ever growing pool of sponsors. In addition a list of sponsors can be imported and managed. SponsorMyEvent packed a truly outstanding feature into its new version: from now on event-organizers can customize their proposals for each sponsor individually or groups of sponsors. Each sponsor or group will receive a tailor-made proposal with packages adapted to their expectations, including individual discounts.
Negotiation with sponsors become easy as well on SponsorMyEvent: Organizers can react right away if a sponsor requests a modification of the proposal.
Sign the contract & get paid
Who really likes to do paperwork? For organizers it becomes now easy to use either the built-in contract of to upload their own contracts.
After all negotiations are successfully concluded comes the moment of glory: the organizer will receive the money. SponsorMyEvent facilitates this process to the max by integrating Stripe.com as a reliable partner and thus making it easier than ever for organizers to accept credit-card payments from sponsors.
All this is completed by a file-sharing section that allow sponsors to provide organizers with logos and other files.

Sponsors take advantage of a fully fledged solution that allows them to manage all their sponsoring-opportunities. They can find and review all kinds of events, negotiate with organizers and close a deal right away on the platform – including secure-payment of the sponsoring-money.
