The City Of Remich Invites Sustainability Startups For Second Matchmaking Event

The second edition of their Startup Event is co-organised by the Berlin-based consultancy boutique CorpPearls, a well-established and frequent collaborator within the ecosystem. The event takes place on 26 October in the City of Remich and is free to attend for all parties.

Following the success of their first edition, the City of Remich and CorpPearls have decided to host a second edition of their Startup Event. The event aims to showcase various sustainability startups and match them with interested corporates.

“Any corporates that are interested in sustainability in general and in particular in the agricultural sector, the food sector, consumer products and smart city concepts are more than welcome to join,” explains Tobias Verlende, founder and managing director of CorpPearls.

Hosted and co-organised by the City of Remich, the event hopes to reflect the city’s redevelopment ambitions as well as their desire to establish itself as a startup hub.

“The goal of the second startup event is to continue to build a platform for startups and show the potential and the attractivity of our city with its perfect location. Remich is ideally situated on the European Road on the border triangle between Luxembourg, France, and Germany, which offers, with its close routes, a perfect location for companies to settle down” says Remich mayor Jacques Sitz.

With five German and two Luxembourg-based startups present, the programme offers a great opportunity to get to know new startups and discover how your corporate may benefit from new collaborations.
