ClubTrust has joined the Founders Club! CEO Clément Trinquart tells us more about the company.

Can you pitch your startup in a few words?

ClubTrust is the professional club of talents, based on trust and accessible only through co-optation. We facilitate recruitment by creating trust from the very first contact between companies and candidates.

Our goal is to help talented individuals to develop their employability throughout their career and demonstrate their potential. We act as agents for our members to promote them to companies.
For companies, we enable them to recruit the best candidates with confidence.

Why did you decide to create this company?

Our main credo is trust! By launching ClubTrust, we wanted to create a trusted network of talents, with a strong focus on quality rather than quantity. The singularity of our members is that they are all recommended, qualified and transparent.

While we rely on technology to qualify our talents, we deeply believe that recruitment is human-first. We focus a lot on creating long-term and insightful relationships with our club members (the talents) and our business partners (the companies).

We intend to position ourselves as the leading digital trust agent in the recruitment field.

We have the objective to continue our expansion by developing our Talent Club […] but also growing our team of recruiters and helping more companies to recruit the most trusted talents.

What are your product(s)/service(s) and your business model?

For companies, we offer recruitment and executive search services. We do this by asking our trusted network for help and referrals. We are supported by our technology to measure the level of trust in our candidates.

For our talented Club members, we offer events (relaxed, fun), coaching and networking to share expertise and know-how. Recently we launched a sports club to meet informally and have fun playing padel, running and much more!

How is your offering different from your competitors and other market players?

Traditional recruitments activities are often too transactional and short-term. By creating a Talent Club in Luxembourg, we focus on creating long-lasting relationships with a talent community.

Through our events activities, we foster informal networking opportunities that bring together talents from many horizons. Our trusted network is our main asset that will keep expanding in the future.
In addition, with the support of HR Specialists and managers, we have developed a technology to measure the trust level of each candidate through a transparency index. We are the only one to position ourselves as a digital trust agent in the recruitment field.

Why did you decide to join the Founders Club?

We were eager to join the Silicon Luxembourg Founders Club to connect with an amazing and creative startup community. Joining such a network was a great opportunity to help each other’s, better understand market dynamics, get access to opportunities, but also have fun!

As a startup, we understand startup needs, especially when it comes to recruiting. Therefore, we can help members on their recruitment strategy and their recruiting needs.

What’s next?

Our first year of business has exceeded our expectations! We have the objective to continue our expansion by developing our Talent Club, providing more events to our club members, but also growing our team of recruiters and helping more companies to recruit the most trusted talents.
